Predatory Bug ID Please
Think this one has eyes bigger than his belly. Seen today on the Ivinghoe Beacon trip on chalk grassland.

It looks like a nymph of Picromerus bidens,Spiked Shieldbug,interesting shot.

that looks right.

Apparently they are predators of moth, butterfly and leaf-beetle larvae!

This one obviously didn't read the book
