| | | Slug ID help please This isn't the normal black slug that I'm used to seeing. It was seen on the 7th of June, north of Grantown-on-spey in a clearing in what had been a plantation pine forest, but has been cleared and is regenerating more naturally.
Any ideas on species?

| | | Re: Slug ID help please Thanks Chris, that looks like the one, I checked the WAB Gallery but there aren't any Limax cinereoniger there to compare it with. So I tried google images and it definitely looks like other pictures of Limax cinereoniger.
I know absolutely nothing about slugs and can't recall seeing any species apart from the large black ones, so this is a first for me.
