| | | Fly for I.D. Found this in Northants last week.   
Although it appears slightly yellow in the photos it was actually bright green. It's back was green and black bands and underneath was bright green. I hope that's enough info for someone to give an I.D. |

Is it possibly Tenthredo mesomelas (green legged sawfly)? I have this photo as well but it is not very clear.
