Is this possibly a Scarce Chaser?



I took these two photographs in the garden this afternoon and am wondering if they are of a Scarce Chaser? I am in North Wiltshire and the National Biodiversity map for this species seems to have records for a few miles away, but not here. I am about 1 1/2miles from the River Avon. This specimen was basking on a plant support pole.
If it is, should I send a record?
