Afternoon Ben,

Numbers 1& 2 show a white tail with a clear yellow band touching it and no pollen basket visible - makes me think of the Vestal Cuckoo-bee, Bombus vestalis... though the clean white tail recalls lucorum.

The last does indeed look like hortorum (long face, lots of bands), but will stand-aside for confirmation.

Could #1 & #2 be B. sylvestris ?

#1 is a cuckoo bumble, but I am not at all sure which one. I need to see quite a bit more to get close

# 2 is either B. vestails or B. bohemicus. (I suspect the former)

#3 is probably B. hortorum (faint chance it is B. ruderatus, but unlikely)

#3 was taken at Woodwalton Fen, just south of Peterborough.
