What are these two lovelies?

The beetle's white legs really showed up in flight, and it was flitting all over the place, quite lucky to get this shot.




And this one looks like a hoverfly, but the body doesn't seem right?

i think the bottom one is a snipe fly

The first is a kind of Sawfly, and the second is as NN says - which is a Rhagio sp.
