Black Tailed Skimmer?

Am I right in saying these are both Back Tailed Skimmers?

Male -being stubborn(not like us men at all)

Female-a bit more co-operative(not in my experience)

Agree Black-tailed Skimmers- a species that has been moving northwards over the last decade or so.
