Insect for ID - very long shot

I have no photo of this, just a very rough sketch.
This was indoors, tiny (2mm - 3mm max), clear wings with a thin dark rim to them, dark head, but can't remember details. Very rounded wings, almost like teddy-bear ears. It was flying about near the computer; occasionally it would land on paper and you could hear it touch down. Seemed to jump when it took off again.

Yes! That's it. Not quite the same because mine had a dark rim (that might have been fur) round the bottom edge of the wings, but it was the same shape.
