Some shieldbugs.
A few shieldbugs from the last few days.

A mating pair of Green Shieldbugs (Palomena prasina)



A Birch Shieldbug (Elasmostethus intersinctus), never seen this species before.



And ,I think, a Forest Bug (Pentatoma rufipes) nymph.

Thanks both,

I do like the shieldbugs although we don't get the variety here that some of you find.

We do seem to be having a bit of an explosion of Forest bugs Pam, this was one of about half a dozen I saw on the lower branches of one ash tree. Hopefully there will be lots of adults soon.
