dark damselfly is immature?

This damselfly stood out from others in the area for being in dark brownish shades - does that mean it is an immature one? Any idea which species?

Yeah, I'd say it was an immature Blue-tailed Damselfly, the "infuscans-obsoleta" form.

This is an 'infuscans-obsoleta' form female Blue-tailed Damselfly, it is not immature though. This form is the mature form of the 'rufescens' form immatures.
