Not at all sure though, but we get a lot at our local pond, and it seems to fit the bill.

I got a lovely shot of a leaf yesterday afternoon. Was meant to be a Speckled Wood butterfly. Slowly get camera in close, get focus, press shutter, get perfect photo of tip of horse chestnut leaf. That butterfly timed his escape perfectly
I've come to the conclusion that insects are probably best taken first thing in the morning, when they haven't warmed up yet, so need to stay in the sun. I've had better luck in the mornings than in the afternoons and evenings. |  | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
