Bumblebee ID please
I think this is a White-tailed Bumblebee or is it a Buff-tailed?
What's confusing me is the darker shoulder stripe as none of the library photo's I've looked at seem to have a bee with this shade.

Also, does anyone know what the flower is please? I'm seeing it everywhere.

Generally the workers of these 2 species are virtually impossible to separate in the field as far as I'm aware. I'm sure Eucera will give some more authorative advice.
