Small brightly coloured sawfly

I fished this out of a pool of water in a Teasel. About 5mm in size. Any clues as to what it might be?

Just got the British Sawflies book so I may be able to start keying them myself.

It's very useful. If you have a microscope, then Benson's RES keys will get you to species. It's long out of print but not that rare or expensive on the 2nd hand market.

Thanks. Problem is that I only photograph, I don't collect, so microscopes aren't really an option. I might branch out into nets and temporary restraints though.
