ids and confirmation please

hi all i found this in my housethe other day is it a ophion

im not to sure what this is but im thinking some sort of parisitic wasp


and now for a harder one its only shed but i was hoping somebody could tell me what from.

I'd suggest mayfly for the shed.

Yes, the first may be an Ophion sp., it has the typical look (though I'm not too certain about wing venation, should look that up!). The second species is also an Ichneumon Wasp though requires microscopy for certainty.
