Morning Walwyn,
Whilst superficially it does seem to match suspiciosus ( however, some photos show different hind femoral colouration, no white on the mid-antennae or even a yellow abdomen with no white tip), these wasps are pretty difficult to identify so I wouldn't like to confirm anything.
Identifictions of these first involve wing examination then subtle characters best looked for under the microscope.
