Hi Steve ,with those yellow pterostigma,it looks like a Keeled Skimmer to me.

I also have to add that these show the longish yellow pterostigma ,and not the shorter yellow ones with the dark borders like those found on the Red-veined Darter.The Keeled Skimmer does also look a bit like a Darter too Steve,
