Chalcidoid wasps on columbine flowers

Today in the garden there were little groups of these tiny chalcidoid wasps (about 2.7mm body length) flying above many of the columbine flowers in bot my garden and the neighbours garden, They were then apparently trying to mate on the flowers although the males I was able to focus on seemed to like going for rides rather than mating. I suspect an ID is not possible but does anyone know the link with the columbine flowers ?
