Various for ID

A few recent photos if anyone could help me out with IDs:

Reasonably large red beetle


Caterpillar, about 20mm (sorry, don't know what the food plant is)


Ladybird - harlequin ladybird - Harmonia axyridis?


Large Gall on Salix caprea leaf - would I be correct in thinking that the only way to ID insect galls is to see the insect come out? (This gall has a crack in it so I presume I'd already missed the inhabitant escaping).


Springtails - are these both Entomobrya multifasciata with the darker one being older?


St Mark's-Fly - Bibio marci?

1 Cardinal Beetle, Pyrochroa serraticornis
3 Ladybird doesn't look like Harlequin to me- looks like a rather orange 22-spot
Gall probably a Pontania- sawfly species.

That looks like a 14-spot ladybird to me.
