| | | Lovely leafcutters for ID A male leaf-cutter has been patrolling around my broom and other flowers, stopping for no more than two shots in a sunny leaf or flower, showing off some white and golden 'boxing gloves'. In the meantime, females have been busy making decorations on Circaea luthethiana nearby and carrying the leaf pieces to their nests. One - or more- has already completed 4 cells in our brand new bee hotel.
I think they could be Megachile willughbiella but confirmation would be most welcome.
