Found in Bristol, this guy was rather large (around 25mm). I am hoping the coloured legs may be a good indicator of species?!?  |

So many species; so many variations . . .
But that does look a bit like one of the Pimpla species though.
However, I'm definitely not sufficiently qualified to give an ID here. That requires an expert with a microscope and a dead specimen to work with. |
