Yes - this is a female Phasia hemiptera, it has yellow hairs on the sides of the thorax (only seen in P.hemiptera in UK Phasia sp.), and the wings are unpatterned, which make it a female.
If you can confirm the site was The Lodge at Sandy, then I have all the rest of the details I need to add the record to the Recording Scheme database.
