Evening Bruce,

It's an Ichneumon Wasp, Ichneumonidae. Now, with these orange ones it's usually put down as Ophioninae sub-family - but in this case, something suggests otherwise.

Probably safest put down as Incheumonidae sp., really.

It looks to me like it belongs in Braconidae, so would more correctly be placed in Ichneumonoidea.
