| | | Re: Greenbottle? ID The first thing to consider is whether this 'green-bottle' is a tachinid, muscid or calliphorid.
I haven't quite got to the stage where their 'jizz' is obvious to me from photographs. My hunch is that it belongs to the genus Lucilia (a calliphorid) but others may have time to analyse it or have a better developed sense of jizz and disagree.
