Or at least it seems so to me. The key is in the foreground by about 6 inches. I had a bee inside the house that was a little larger than this last year, but this one we found early in the day during the holidays. It looked like it was trying to warm up, wandering around in the sunshine and trying to fly off occasionally. It is one of a few I have seen in the garden. I'm on the north coast of cornwall if that helps at all.

(looking at it again, it cannot be 6 inches. I'll let you guys size it up, you've probably done it a lot more than I have!)
