Afternoon WT,

It's a Sawfly - larger wings compared to the body, heavier-looking venation and a more robust-looking body is what I go by. I can't personally go further, but others probably will.

It looks similar to the ones I've been seeing lately:

They were identified as Aglaostigma species by oxycera (John Coldwell).
