| | | great photos of an awful wasp (deceased) Ill start this post with an apology to those who think that you shouldnt kill stuff to get great photos of them, and normally i agree, but to be woken by a deep bass humm from a huge wasp crawling around in your hair, to then be stung by said wasp not too far above the ear for daring to tell it to p*** off deserves death in my opinion
unfortunately, the CNS effects of the half can of raid it took to kill it, made it curl up into a ball and to be honest, ruined the deadly beast look.
however its a bright day so i took some photos and got fairly good resolution, got the hairs and the dirt in its fur to come out. I think my camera is about ready to give out... its just not taking the same quality photos it used to
or maybe im just getting xexexexe at taking photos... both are likely tbh, i dont exactly take great care of the camera, and im not exactly skilled!

| | | Re: great photos of an awful wasp (deceased) Had the windows open in the house today and also got huge wasps in the windows...mega large beasties as you described
Also one in the garage, where it appeared to be scraping the surface of the wood shelving with its mandibles...hope its not planning to form a nest in there...will have to keep an eye out for that.... |
