Excellent ID keys, illustrations and descriptions.
I was starting to find my pages getting a bit thumbed, because you do have to do a bit of searching between different sections to get all the information together. So I spent most of this winter collecting together all of the information scattered through the book plus anything else which I could find, then reassembled it and printed on A4 size as a one page per species checklist, plus my photos.
So far my project has covered around half of the commoner species listed in the book! But hopefully, it will help to stop the book becoming more 'dog eared'. |
