That is an interesting shot there; probably female with the smaller male.

Looks a bit like Andrena bicolor but there are several similar species so I wouldn't like to say for sure without a better view of the head. And even then, I would be 50% guessing!

But one of our bee specialists may have a better idea.

Andrena carantonica I'm fairly sure, I have had a male around which looks right but not seen the female yet.
