The bee looks very much like the Vestal Cuckoo-bee, Bombus vestalis (the first on WAB this year) - on account of the rear femur lacking the usual baskets, a different jiz to B. terrestris/lucorum and the faint yellow band seperating the black hairs and white tail on the abdomen.
The bee itself is a parasite! It enters the nest of Bombus terrestris and attempts to kill the queen and larvae before breeding herself.
