Nitidulidae Epuraea unicolor?

I found a few of these when I pulled the rotten foliage from my Beschorneria yuccoides which I had been growing for many years, was big and probably about to flower but I neglected to put it in a greenhouse due to lack of space.

This hard winter did it in, irrelevant to the beetle to a point but they were under rotting stuff.

I only got two poor pics as they were running, then I saw a wasp and they disappeared in the compost. 4mm or so long.

Is there any other it could be, looks as close as I could find.
