These were emerging from the pond today and I was wondering if anyone is able to id them at all?

The first two are Non-biting Midges, Chironomidae and the one emerging is a Mosquito. I'm not too certain on which ones yours are, but with mozzies the legs are apparently the important bit for identifying. I obviously need to do some work in this area!

It was fascinating to watch, the whole process was very quick. I guess it wouldn't normally be a good idea to hang around on the water surface!
