| | Help IDing mystery bug Hi,
I have repeatedly found (more than 5 times) a small beetle-like insect in my room. It is very small in size, around 5mm, and is dark brown with antennae and can fly, but not very well. I'm worried that it has found a food source and has infested the building since I live in student accommodation and my room's right next to the kitchen.

Thanks in advance!

| | | Re: Help IDing mystery bug Hmmm... little brown one. It is a beetle, and it looks to me like one of the many wood-boring species - but I'm not an expert on these. Look for small holes in exposed wood, and little piles of sawdust underneath. |
