Help?!

I've a newly discovered infestation of carpet beetles. After doing some research im assuming they are the black larder beetles as they are yellow rather than white. Although i honestly no very little about these.

I have a 16 week old baby so am now really worried.

Are they dangerous?

I have leather sofas and wood furniture.

I've been noticing them increasing in numbers over the last few weeks.

I'm now constantly itching and am really worried.

They dont cause itching

They dont damage wood and are highly unlikely to damage treated leather

They arnt harmful to humans

Your baby is fine.

I would advise you have a really good tidy up, hoover every gap, every corner in little holes, under sofa's, nooks crannies etc.

It would help if you could get a photo so we can tell what they are, which will help in the removal.

I'm itchy because im paranoid.
I was just panicking a bit.

My house is really clean and tidy anyway but will have a complete scrub down of the house.

I shall upload a photo first thing in the morning.
