Dark coloured leafhopper
Stockgrove Country Park, Beds. 7th March 2010. Fence separating coniferous wood from meadows.

These are tricky, Bruce, but I reckon it's a female Idiocerus vittifrons. It's got complicated lately due to the recognition of I. ribauti as well, which is very, very similar...
