As Gordon says the second is a young Barkfly. It looks like a young Ectopsocus sp. to me. There aren't many Psocopterans around at this time of year which narrows down the options, and it seems to consist of the same colours and proportions. E. petersi and briggsi are very common which makes this ID more likely, these nymphs are the ones I find most commonly at this time of year.
Of course, you could always take one or two home in a small container with a length of bark, soil and leaf-litter and wait for it to mature to be certain!
I agree with Dan RE the first - Isotoma sp. as well
