| | | Leeches for ID I originally posted this thread in Water Life but got no responses so I'm posting it again in this forum.
I took the first two photos in June 2008 when a pond was drained at the RSPB Portmore Lough Nature Reserve in N.Ireland. They were quite large - about 10-12 cms and were as thick as a finger. The third pic was taken at Welney nature reserve in August 2008 and in comparison it was quite tiny being about 2-3 cms in length and only a few mms in width. I hope WAB members may be able to help with IDs.
