Size could be helpful here.
I think it's an Amara sp but there's not enough detail to get it down to species [there seldom is, even on the best of photographs]. Depending on other factors I would suspect either Amara familiaris or one of A. anthobia/eurynota - these are common species and have pale legs/antennal bases.

Sorry, I keep forgeting to put size This one was about 8mm.
