Family Sphaeroceridae, looks a good bet for Sphaerocera monilis. Luckily this has been recently added here....... Diptera.info - Photo Albums: Sphaeroceridae

It may be a bit selfish but then I don't think using a title like "Unidentified fly - Bucks" would be any more useful for Googling purposes.
