Take some photo's and be grateful it visited you. | I'd much rather kill something that has the potential to harm an animal that SHOULD be here blooming, unlike human immigrants who can get a passport after 5 years i believe if it wasnt supposed to be here and threatens the native that SHOULD naturally be here then it needs to be removed.
I like lady birds, but i like BRITISH LADYBIRDS and it is my duty to help protect every bit of britain that is left. |

If you don't know enough, then leave well alone, that's all I'm trying to say. |

I think we should welcome our new neighbours with open arms. They clearly prosper through hard work and lower standard of living and therefore compete with our natives. Fair game and that is nature for you |

| | | Re: Harlequin ladybirds in my apartment- to kill or not to kill? If they are Harlequins they are so well established it would be futile really to kill them as it'll have no real impact. |

| | | Re: Harlequin ladybirds in my apartment- to kill or not to kill? There are other black ladybirds with red spots, take a pic and have it identified but leave well alone. Harlequins certainly haven't made any of the native species scarce here, in fact they are doing very well. |
