1 A female Sphaerophoria and therefore unidentifiable

No. 4 could equally well be B. jonellus. It needs a front view of the face to be sure. B. hortorum has a long face while B. jonellus has a rather round face.
In B. hortorum the first yellow thoracic band should be wider than the second but this is difficult to see clearly from a photograph. |
