Tongue in cheek of course, but ya gotta admit it does look like.... and if nothing else it's an interesting view of the underside of a froghopper (is it?).

Any other angles? Well, it is from the Aphrophoridae family of Froghoppers, but I couldn't say for sure - maybe Philaenus spumarius?

No other angles I'm afraid. This individual remained very still so I took the opportunity to take a few detailed shots of the underside. I'm pretty sure you're right with P. spumarius as it's very common along this particular fence.
