| | | Bumblebee book - JUST OUT Good news all bumblefans. The new edition of Mike Edwards' and Martin Jenner's top class "Field Guide to the Bumblebees of Great Britain and Ireland" has just been published. This book has been out of print for a short while and already 1700 copies of the new edition have flown off the shelves.
This is probably the most accessible of the field guides to these popular (but tricky) insects, and the new edition has some welcome improvements and new inclusions. I would strongly advise all bombophiles to order a copy now (c . £12.00). |

| | | Re: Bumblebee book - JUST OUT Thanks eucera ,I have the 2005 ed. of this. Its good to hear somebody say that they are tricky ,because ID of these is often not as straightfoward as looking at its pattern and colours, this has surprised a few of my friends also.I really must try harder with these. Thanks Jason | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
