I'd think this to be the Green leafhopper Elymana sulphurella, as it's the only all green one I can find in the book.

Not sure which book you've got, Col, but it's not strictly accurate! Elymana is mostly greenish, but there are certainly some differences. This appears to be Empoasca decipiens, but it's not possible to be certain from just this angle (and without dissecting

).

Thanks for that. Empoasca decipiens or E.vitis hard to tell on British Bugs site

The clear band across the forewing should be obvious from this angle in vitis. There is a third option, though, which is the much rare pteridis. I say much rarer but it has turned up and been locally abundant, and since you can only separate it from decipiens with dissection, it may well have been spectacularly overlooked... but my guess for this one is still definitely decipiens.
