I'd think this to be the Green leafhopper Elymana sulphurella, as it's the only all green one I can find in the book.

| | | Re: Leafhopper Not sure which book you've got, Col, but it's not strictly accurate! Elymana is mostly greenish, but there are certainly some differences. This appears to be Empoasca decipiens, but it's not possible to be certain from just this angle (and without dissecting  ). |

| | | Re: Leafhopper The clear band across the forewing should be obvious from this angle in vitis. There is a third option, though, which is the much rare pteridis.
