Hi all, ive just joined and would like to know if anyone could tell me what species of spider this is ? 
One of the legs was twice as long as the others ! |

It looks more like a species of Harvestmen to me.

Yes I agree and trying to estimate the leg lengths I would suspect Phalangium opilio although it difficult to work out the lengths from that angle.
But not bright blue - unless it has just fallen into an inkpot! |

Thanks for the replies , i have never seen a totally blue spider before even in books . Harvestman looks like the same species but my research has,nt come up with a blue one !  |
