I took a distance shot of the brick and outlined both the stuck egg and baby. The brick is 120mm wide, the side view pic enlarged on my 19" flat wide screen measures 350mm across so it is showing nearly 3 times actual size.
I had to resize the brick pics as they were too large to upload so you won't get much enlargement on them.   |

If you look carefully I think you should see some tiny claws on some of the 'feet'. |
