| | | Re: Colourful beetle ID I'm very excited as I know this one! Its a rosemary beetle (Chrysolina americana) Lots of photos in the Gallery so you can check and make sure , one of which is mine Rosemary beetle - Chrysolina americana - Wildlife Photography
They are relatively 'new' I think and are found on lavenders and other herb type plants. Lovely to look at, not so delightfull in a garden.

| | | Re: Colourful beetle ID Thanks loripo, another in the list of invasive species along with lily beetles, harlequin ladybirds etc. I will exterminate them after taking their photos from now on.
