| | | Hawker ID wanted please This Hawker was flying around my garden this morning, eventually settling on some Petunia's.
It's been at the same spot for over an hour now but I must admit that I'm not sure which Hawker it is. Here are a couple of photos I took of it.
If I were to hazard a guess I would say Migrant Hawker but of course with my limited knowledge on Dragonflies I could be way off.

That's a new one for the garden, although I have only ever had one other species and that was a Brown hawker.
How often do you see Migrant Hawkers on housing estates in cities?
