Luckily not suffering from any ill effects ....yet. 
Hopefully it was removed quickly enough.
I should think one on a composter may have dropped off a fox or hedgehog.

| | | Re: What is this little thing? So i understand it, Lyme's disease is in actual fact not caused by the tick but by something that lives on it, once the tick has bitten you the thing responsible for the disease, may or may not infect someone.
This was explained to me by someone else and although he did seem certain his facts were correct i somehow have my doubts.
perhaps someone could confirm what i have written is correct or otherwise.
