It's not meant to be that colour! This one's only just emerged, I'm sure - it's an Oncopsis, I reckon, and therefore should be various shades of brown for the most part. I'm not even going to guess at a species...

| | | Re: Unidentified lemon-yellow leafhopper Huh... I confess I'd forgotten all about that one. I can't quite see the striations on the pronotum clearly enough to separate the genera, but it looked a bit more oncopsidy in general to me. But you could well be right. |

So roughly how long does it take from emergence to normal adult colouration?
