Hi! I've been to and fro in the book/ WAB/ google trying to decide if the small bees on the sedum are bombus pratorum, or cuckoo bees such as psithyrus rupestris, or something else entirely? If they're bees I gather they should have sacs on the hind legs - but if the sacs were empty would you still see them, please? Any help much appreciated, as ever.  |

Small male Bombus lapidarius would be my guess. |

Thank you! I was thinking there wldn't be a band around the shoulders with those, but I see now there can be. |
